The 100 Black Men of America provides leadership in practice, education, and research to enhance African/African American communities. We support professional development and comprehensive training for our members; youth and adults designed to build their capacity in order to strengthen community life worldwide.

The purpose of the 100 Leadership Development Institute (100 LDI) is to develop a core of leaders throughout the United States and worldwide.
